The convention is expected to draw a large audience, including journalists, editors, media representatives, and social thinkers from various districts across the state. Organizers describe the event as more than just a formal gathering—it is envisioned as an inspiring platform to deliberate on the current state and future direction of journalism in India.

Among the key issues on the agenda are:

The role of women journalists in modern media

Challenges faced by rural correspondents

Sensitive and responsible storytelling for victims of injustice

Ethics and accountability in the digital era

Prominent speakers will include national media leaders, senior editors, and respected social thinkers who will share their insights and experiences.

Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla’s participation is expected to be a highlight of the convention, given his strong advocacy for journalistic freedom. Cabinet Minister Inder Singh Parmar, known for his contributions in education and community welfare, has also acknowledged the vital role of the media in nation-building.
